What can you improve on tubeless valves? Quite a lot!
Muc-Off is not just resting on pretty anodized colors, no, there are fundamental technical changes compared to classic valves. A decisive point with tubeless valves is the air passage and thus the speed at which the air fills the tire, especially when no powerful compressor is at hand. Another is the weak point of the valve insert, which either sticks together and is difficult to open or is clogged with sealant and hardly allows any flow at all.

In the Big Bore valves, the traditional valve insert has been dispensed with. As a result, the incoming air has maximum efficiency and delivers up to 230% more flow than conventional Presta valve inserts. But how do you open and close the valve? The ball valve principle. In other words, "open" and "closed" are separated by a ball, which is moved into its respective position with a small integrated lever.

The Big Bore tubeless valves come with a tire insert airflow system. Four-way tire inserts, which are milled into the base of the valve stem, make the valves compatible with most tubeless tire inserts. Tubeless sealant and air can flow freely through the holes. They are made from aircraft aluminum so they are lighter and stronger than before! The valve caps and knurled nuts are also anodized to match the valves and decorated with Muc-Off logos. To adapt the valves to a wide variety of rims, you will receive various rubber feet to optimize the fit.
