Nevertheless, the shift/brake levers still offer a cable connection (EW-SD300) for the use of additional shifters in the drops or the top of the handlebar. To simplify maintenance, the hydraulic 2-piston brake caliper not only features the proven One-Way-Bleeding system, but also a separate arrangement of bleed nipple and opening screw. On the one hand, this minimises the risk of the bleed kit hose slipping off when opening or closing the system and, on the other hand, makes it unnecessary to dismantle the caliper from the frame for bleeding process.
