๐Ÿšฒ FULL SERVICE (Bicycle)

1. Complete Strip-Down

  • Disassemble bike down to the frame

  • Deep clean frame, fork, and all components

  • Inspect every part for cracks, wear, or damage

2. Drivetrain Overhaul

  • Remove chain, cassette, crankset, derailleurs, jockey wheels

  • Fully degrease, clean, and re-lubricate

  • Replace worn components if necessary

  • Adjust front and rear derailleurs for perfect shifting

3. Brakes โ€“ Full Rebuild

  • Remove and clean brake calipers and levers

  • Replace cables/housing or bleed hydraulic brakes

  • Install new brake pads if needed

  • Align calipers and rotors/rim pads for maximum braking power

4. Wheel Service

  • Remove tires, tubes, or tubeless setup

  • True wheels (side-to-side & roundness)

  • Check and adjust spoke tension

  • Overhaul hub bearings (clean, re-grease, or replace)

  • Re-install tires, set correct pressure, add fresh sealant for tubeless

5. Bearing Systems

  • Overhaul headset, bottom bracket, and wheel hubs

  • Clean, re-grease, or replace bearings as needed

6. Suspension (if applicable)

  • Inspect fork and rear shock

  • Clean stanchions, check seals, and adjust air pressure/rebound settings

  • Recommend service intervals for internal work if not done in-house

7. Controls & Setup

  • Install and adjust handlebar, stem, seatpost, and saddle

  • Replace handlebar tape or grips if worn

  • Torque all bolts to manufacturer specifications

8. Final Assembly & Test

  • Rebuild bike and check all systems

  • Test ride to ensure perfect shifting, braking, and stability

  • Wipe down and polish for delivery
