The Elemento has been engineered to be both super-aerodynamic as well as to allow high levels of ventilation, thanks to its innovative design and the introduction of various pioneering technologies, such as Fluid Carbon 12 and Multipod. Fluid Carbon 12’s composite technopolymer absorbs more energy from an impact than traditional materials and distributes the force generated more evenly across the entire helmet. This benefit has enabled KASK's technicians to increase the size of the internal channels, which improves ventilation, while simultaneously reducing the size of the ventilation holes for improved aerodynamics. Multipod is KASK’s proprietary 3D-printed internal padding. This elastomer material enables the helmet to better withstand the energy generated by linear and rotational impacts. Multipod functions isotropically, meaning it withstands the energy from impacts the same regardless of the direction in which the force is applied. The Elemento’s OCTOFIT+ helmet retention system allows for a more fine-tuned fit to provide greater safety and stability. A reflective graphic at the back increases rider visibility.

Rex provides complete protection and comfort for aggressive trail riding, enduro, XC racing, and casual off-road riding. The rider’s entire head is protected, from the temporal bone to the lower occipital. Plus, Rex offers great mechanical strength and shock resistance at just 310 grams. The 20 vents guarantee an optimum airflow, allowing you to stay cool even in warmer climates. Action cam and light can be integrated on request.

With 20 perfectly placed vents, Rex has maximum airflow at slower speeds and in warmer climates, allowing you to stay cool. The optimum airflow is complemented by innovative frontal pads with new technologies which encourage efficient sweat evaporation, providing comfort and temperature management.

The rider’s entire head is protected including the Lower Occipital bone in the rear and added temporal coverage in front for additional safety. The Octo-fit adjustable rear fitting system has a wide range of adjustment to fit all head shapes and sizes in complete comfort. Produced using the innovative In-Moulding system, the Rex offers the same mechanical strength and shock resistance as KASK’s other leading helmets.

At just 310g the Rex is light weight for the superior protection and comprehensive head coverage it offers. The Rex has a removable multi-position ratcheting visor and integrated goggle retention clip at the rear for aggressive and demanding trails and competition. There is a Lux Leather chinstrap and integrated camera mount. Visor and Goggle Clip are made from plastic polymer, and the visor screws are aluminum.

The profile of VALEGRO's polycarbonate shell has been tested and refined by KASK’s engineers in conjunction with a wind-tunnel to get the best results in terms of thermo-cooling performance. The VALEGRO offers advanced ventilation and an impressive weight of just 180g (size small). This new design offers maximum cooling through 37 ventilation holes with new breathable and quick-dry padding. The 5mm layer of fast-wicking thermoformed tri-dimensional padding is antistatic, bacteriostatic, heat regulating and moisture transferring using Resistex Carbon. Alongside this cutting edge technology, the chin pad with eco-leather strap contributes to a helmet that’s comfortable to wear, all day.

HyVent: Structure and design of the shell implement the air flow and break up the exchangeable heat.
High Breathability: Because the inner padding fiber speeds up the evaporation process of perspiration, slow down the formation of humidity on the skin and keeps the temperature constant.
Anti bacterial: Because the inner padding fiber respects the skin and protects it from bacteria and pollutant dusts. Eliminating the risk of annoying allergies.
Anti static: Because of its conductivity, the inner padding fiber absorbs and disperses electric charges accumulated from the environment or during physical exercise.
3D dry padding: The tridimensional 3D DRY padding utilizes a multi-layer open cell construction process: high technology for the best comfort and performance.
Octo fit: Rubberised Micro Dial adjuster provides improved finger grip. Floating cradle contact points combine internal gel pads for optimum comfort. These supports are designed to oscillate freely through 180° allowing a perfect fit on any shaped head. The Skeletal Brackets of the cradle have been designed and refined to provide the best fit and support whilst being as light as possible.

MIT: The MIT Technology, applied to all KASK cycling helmets, guarantees a higher safety and a complete protection thanks to the polycarbonate layer that covers the shell on the top, on the base ring and on the back.
In moulding: The innovative “in moulding” technology, joining the inner polystyrene cap to the outer polycarbonate one, ensures a better shock absorption.
