GO Hydro (Berry) is designed to ensure you are effectively hydrated to produce your best performance. As an effervescent tablet that readily dissolves in plain water, it represents a highly practical approach (simply drop one tablet in your 500 ml water bottle) without the calories.

GO Hydro meets your sodium requirements at a specific concentration (30mmol/L) that is scientifically proven to produce superior hydration compared with water alone. It was developed to keep the British Sailing team optimally hydrated at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Simply drop a tablet into water for effective hydration, with virtually no calories, before and during sports.

How do I use them? It's in the name! FastChews are FAST-absorbing electrolytes designed to be CHEWed, not mixed with water. The electrolytes in FastChews are absorbed through the lining of your mouth, which studies have shown to take in nutrients 2-4x faster than the intestines. Chew FastChews or let them dissolve in your mouth; then wait 2-3 minutes before eating or drinking so the electrolytes have time to be absorbed into your bloodstream.

The HSF BTA offers improved positioning versatility, better retention and the ability to mount a Garmin computer above the bottle.

Performance

The HSF BTA takes a minimalist approach to providing the maximum versatility for a between the arms bottle mount. The low weight, high retention, setback mount point and integrated computer mount give everything you need and nothing you don’t.

The mount is offset so that the center point of the bottle bolts can sit well behind the attachment point. This allows the cage/bottle to be set further back on aerobars that would otherwise force the bottle forward to the point where it is inaccessible.

The mount has a slightly dropped ‘V’ shape to help center it between the extensions and reduce the risk of the bottle interfering with narrow armrest positions. The mount accommodates a greater range of extension widths than the previous models.
