DIRECTIONS FOR USE: 

TRAINING: Eat one GU 15 minutes before and then one GU every 30 to 45 minutes during training.

HOW AND WHEN TO USE REGO RAPID RECOVERY POWDER

Use REGO Rapid Recovery Powder within 30-minutes after exercise to achieve maximum recovery benefits.
